Delegate Hill moved to amend the bill on page 4, line 80, by striking, subdivision (1) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision (1), to read as follows:

“(1) Categories of entities:

(i) Assisted Living;

(ii) Behavioral Health for adults;

(iii) Behavioral Health for children;

(iv) Hospice;

(v) Hospital acute care;

(vi) Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities;

(vii) Home Health; and

(viii) Skilled Nursing Facility/Nursing Home.”

And,

On page 5, line 105, by striking the word, “and”

And,

On page 5, line 106, by striking period, inserting a semicolon and the following,

“(xx) Professional counselor; and

(xxi) Marriage and family therapist”
